Flower and Art festival

This even to be held over Friday25th, 26th, 27th April, aims to raise awareness about our hidden church in it’s beautiful downland setting. To be eligible for grants we, as a community, need to demonstrate how important our only public space in the village is to us. We need to encourage as many of our friends and family to support our cause, to come along, and join in.

~~~~~~~
Cream teas and refreshments will be available throughout the weekend.
The three day Flower and Art festival will display art in various mediums including paintings , sculpture and clay. Water colours by East Marden artist, John Robinson, will be exhibited and some new paintings of the church and surrounding area will be for sale along with his prints and gift cards. Several local artists have also expressed interest in displaying works. The full exhibitor list is being compiled but will include work by Francesca Hamiliton, Sally Marien sallymarienstudio.co.uk and Hannah Watchorn www.hannahwatchorn.com
The flower festival will show displays and flower arrangements celebrating the beauty of springtime in The South Downs National Park and our quintessential little church is very much at the heart of the Park.
Please save the date in your diary!
